L’esperienza di Productronica, quest’anno svoltasi in concomitanza con Semicon 2019, è da sempre uno dei migliori palcoscenici per Osai, dove poter dare la giusta visibilità alle più recenti soluzioni dedicate al mercato dell’elettronica e anche dei semiconduttori.
Anche questa edizione si è conclusa con numeri eccezionali che confermano l’impronta della nostra azienda sui mercati internazionali; sono stati, infatti, oltre 300 gli ospiti che hanno scelto di visitare il nostro stand, dimostrando particolare interesse per le novità presentate.
Prima fra tutte la NeoCut Shape equipaggiata con Laser Ultrafast, la tecnologia Osai che garantisce tagli di qualità, accuratezza e velocità, superiori con il vantaggio di poter lavorare materiali sia fragili che resistenti, come l’Alumina (ossido sintetico dell’alluminio, AL2O3), che può essere facilmente danneggiato operando con le convenzionali procedure di fresatura e taglio; la NeoMark Easy, dotata delle nuove tecnologie Laser CO2 30W, YAG Fiber e Green per garantire la massima flessibilità di operazione anche ai clienti più esigenti; la NeoHandler Modula, la proposta di test Osai per il mercato dei semiconduttori ed infine la NeoRouter Modula.
Molto interesse è stato dimostrato dai visitatori anche verso il settore dell’automazione di processo, business unit su cui questo evento fieristico non è focalizzato, ma di grande importanza per l’Osai; questo anche grazie alla capacità dell’azienda di soddisfare in questi anni le richieste di clienti già acquisiti sul mercato elettronico e dei semiconduttori, ma in cerca di nuove soluzioni per espandere la loro produzione anche in nuovi ambiti.

The fair experience of Productronica, that this year took place together with Semicon 2019, has always been one of the opportunities for Osai to show its latest solutions dedicated to electronics and semiconductor markets.
Also this edition came to a close with incredible achievements that confirm the importance of our company for international markets; actually, more than 300 guests, decided to visit our stand, showing great interest for Osai news.
First of all the NeoCut Shape, equipped with Ultrafast Laser, the Osai’s technology that guarantees a cutting quality never reached before, fast cycle time and very high accuracy with the possibility of machining hard and brittle materials as Alumina ( synthetic oxide of aluminum, Al2O3) that can be easily damaged by conventional drilling and cutting procedures; the NeoMark Easy, with new CO2 30W and Green Laser technologies, that guarantees operation flexibility also for most demanding Customer; the NeoHandler Modula, Osai test proposal for semiconductor market and finally the NeoRouter Modula.
A great interest has also been expressed with regard to automation division, a business unit, which this fair event in not focused on, but that represents a big part of Osai; this also thanks to company’s ability to meet requests of those customers already acquired for electronic market, but still searching for new opportunities and solution with the aim to extend their production with new divisions.

Für Osai ist Productronica, die dieses Jahr zeitgleich mit Semicon 2019 stattgefunden hat, immer ein der besten Schaufenster gewesen, um die neuesten Lösungen im Elektronik- und Halbleiterbereich auf dem Markt vorzustellen.
Dieses Jahr wieder ist die Messe mit außerordentlichen Errungenschaften zum Ende gekommen, die die wichtige Rolle unserer Firma auf dem internationalen Markt bestätigen. Mehr als 300 Gäste haben unseren Stand besucht und große Interesse für die Osai-Neuigkeiten gezeigt.
Erstens das NeoCut Shape, mit Ultrafast Laser ausgestattet: Die Osai-Technologie gewährleistet hohequalitative Schnitte, höhere Genauigkeit und Schnelligkeit, mit dem Vorteil, sowohl flexible als auch harte Stoffe, wie z.B Alumina (Aluminuimoxid AL2O3) bearbeiten zu können. Dieses Material kann leicht bei den traditionellen Fräsen und Schneiden beschädigt werden ; das NeoMark Easy, mit den neuen CO2 30W und Green Laser Technologien, die auch den anspruchsvollsten Kunden eine gute Flexibilität garantieren; das NeoHandler Modula, Osai-Vorschlag für den Halbleitermarkt, und am Ende das NeoRouter Modula.
Riesige Aufmerksamkeit haben die Besucher auch dem Automationsbereich geschenkt: Dieser Sektor war zwar nicht der Schwerpunkt der Messe, allerdings ist er ein bedeutender Teil der Osai. Möglich wurde das dank der Fähigkeit der Firma, in diesen Jahren die Anforderungen der Kunden im Elektroniksektor zu treffen, die neuen Lösungen suchen, um Ihre Produktion auf neuen Markten zu verbreitern.
