Services range from technical support and maintenance on purchased products worldwide to the sale of spare parts. Other services offered are trainings for the customer’s technical staff,revamping or refurbishment operations to extend product life and end-of-life management.

We provide technical support service to customers, both in person and remotely. In both cases with specialized staff of the mechanical, electrical, and software assembly departments operating in the headquarters, or through the action of the service provider network.

Osai qualified resident engineer provides technician support on site for a reference time (3, 6 or 12 months). Our experienced resident engineers supervise and are the technical interface between Customer and Osai.

  • Spare parts & consumables on-demand
  • Spare parts consignment kit service, to be bought or returned after 1 year
