The 2024 edition of PCIM Europe ended yesterday in Nuremberg. It has once again confirmed its importance as an expert meeting point for the power electronics community.
On a total exhibition space of 38,000 m² over four halls, more than 18,000 visitors attended the exhibition and were able to experience a more diverse range of offerings than ever before.
Among 637 exhibitors that showcased their latest products, in the field of power electronics, Osai Automation Systems S.p.A. Società Benefit officially unveiled NeoKGD. Capable of handling and testing semiconductor devices after wafer dicing with a throughput of up to 1,800 UPH (units per hour), NeoKGD is Osai’s answer to the growing scalability needs of high-volume production in the semiconductor world.
There was a good turnout and interest for this solution, bringing us positive feedback and appreciations, as well as for the other products exhibited on our booth. NeoMark Easy, Configurable Assembly Cell, and NeoBLU, the next-generation Burn-In Loader/Unloader/Sorter, designed to deliver extreme mass production at high speeds with complete reliability.
