Buon compleanno Osai.
Un quarto di secolo rappresenta un traguardo importante per un’azienda, ancor più per una realtà di tipo familiare come (la nostra) Osai.
Una ricorrenza ricca di molteplici occasioni, forti motivazioni che ci portano a riflettere e stilare bilanci mettendo sul piatto i sogni e le aspettative degli inizi, gli obiettivi e i risultati raggiunti durante tutti questi anni.
Riflettendo su quanto fatto, sulle difficoltà affrontate e sulle scommesse vinte questi primi 25 anni assumono un significato profondo.
Ancor più pensando che l’artefice, il fondatore dell’azienda, colui che ha permesso tutto ciò, non c’è più. Non c’è più Carlo Ferrero.
Viviamo così questo importantissimo traguardo con uno spirito speciale, ancora con l’amaro in bocca ma con un’enorme voglia di portare avanti i sogni e le scommesse in cui Carlo e la famiglia Ferrero hanno creduto in tutti questi anni.
Il 2016 sarà ricordato anche come un anno di grandi rivoluzioni.
L’anno ZERO come lo ha battezzato il nostro Presidente Mirella Ferrero.
L’anno in cui abbiamo dato una nuova struttura manageriale all’azienda, definendo ruoli e responsabilità, al fine di raggiungere i nuovi obiettivi e le sfide che ci attendono durante il triennio 2016-2018.
Il 2016 merita di essere festeggiato e ricordato come il compleanno della maturità: l’affermazione di un’azienda pronta a conquistare la giusta consacrazione nel mercato in cui compete.
Per questo motivo vogliamo che il ricordo di questi 25 anni rimanga impresso grazie ad una serie di iniziative ed avvenimenti che ne conservino nel tempo lo spirito e la memoria.
Nelle prossime settimane avremo il piacere di annunciare l’elenco completo delle manifestazioni del 25-esimo anniversario che avranno inizio durante questo autunno e si concluderanno a fine 2017.
Saranno splendide occasioni per condividere momenti importanti per tutto il personale ma anche per la comunità che ci ospita e per ripercorrere questi 25 anni di sogni ed emozioni.
Volendo fornire qualche anticipazione, i primi due appuntamenti in calendario saranno:
la Visita agli Stabilimenti Ferrari a Maranello, (I°gruppo Sabato 26 Novembre 2016, II° gruppo Primavera 2017) e la Cena Aziendale Natalizia Venerdì 16 Dicembre 2016.

Twenty-five years is a very important point for a company, and even more so when it’s a family-type concern, like (our) Osai.
This is an occasion to celebrate many things, such as the strong motivations that lead us to reflect and to draw our first conclusions, taking stock of our dreams and expectations from the beginning, together with the aims and results achieved over the years.
Reflecting on our achievements, on the difficulties we have faced and the challenges we have overcome, these first 25 years have taken on a great significance.
Even more so when we think that the man behind it all, the founder of the company, the man who made it all happen, is no longer with us. Carlo Ferrero has gone.
Thus we live this extremely important milestone with a special mindset, still with a bitter taste in the mouth, but with a great desire to progress and continue with the dreams and challenges that Carlo and the Ferrero family have believed in for all these years.
2016 will be remembered as a year of great revolutions.
Year ZERO, as it has been called by our President, Mirella Ferrero.
This is the year in which we have given a new managerial structure to the company, defining roles and responsibilities, to achieve new aims and face the challenges awaiting us in the three-year period, 2016-2018.
2016 deserves to be celebrated and remembered as an anniversary in which we come of age – the establishment of a company that is ready to take its rightful position in the markets where it competes.
This is why we want the memory of these 25 years to remain in the mind, thanks to a series of initiatives and events that will preserve its spirit and memory over time.
Over the coming weeks, we will have the pleasure of announcing a full list of the events for our 25th anniversary, which will commence this autumn and end at the conclusion of 2017.
These will be splendid occasions to share important moments with all of the staff but also with the community that hosts our company, and to look back on these 25 years of dreams and excitement.
To give you some advance news, the first two events on the calendar will be:
a Visit to the Ferrari Factory in Maranello, (Group I, Saturday 26 November 2016, Group II, Spring 2017) and the Company Dinner for Christmas, on Friday 16 December 2016.

Ein Vierteljahrhundert ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein für ein Unternehmen, vor allem für ein Familienunternehmen wie (unsere) Osai.
Ein Anlass, der uns in hohem Maße dazu bewegt, innezuhalten, Bilanz zu ziehen und die Träume und Erwartungen der Anfangszeit, die Ziele und Erfolge all dieser Jahre aufs Tapet zu bringen.
Wenn wir darüber nachdenken, was wir erreicht haben, welchen Schwierigkeiten wir uns gegenüber sahen, und welche Herausforderungen wir bewältigt haben, bekommen diese ersten 25 Jahre einen tieferen Sinn.
Umso mehr, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Urheber, der Gründer des Unternehmens, der all dies ermöglicht hat, nicht mehr lebt. Carlo Ferrero weilt nicht mehr unter uns.
So erleben wir diesen wichtigen Meilenstein mit einem besonderen Esprit, zwar mit einem etwas bitteren Beigeschmack, aber mit dem unbändigen Willen, die Träume und Herausforderungen, an die Carlo und die Familie Ferrero in all diesen Jahren geglaubt haben, voranzutreiben.
2016 wird auch als ein Jahr der großen Revolutionen in Erinnerung bleiben.
Das Jahr NULL, wie es unsere Präsidentin Mirella Ferrero genannt hat.
Das Jahr, in dem wir dem Unternehmen eine neue Führungsstruktur gegeben und Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten definiert haben, um die neuen Ziele und Herausforderungen zu erreichen, die von 2016-2018 auf uns warten.
2016 verdient es, als der Geburtstag der Reife gefeiert und in Erinnerung behalten zu werden: Die Behauptung eines Unternehmens, das dazu bereit ist, den Markt, auf dem es konkurriert, mit der nötigen Hingabe zu erobern.
Aus diesem Grund wünschen wir uns, dass diese 25 Jahre mit einer Reihe von Initiativen und Veranstaltungen, die den Esprit und die Geschichte des Unternehmens bewahren, unvergesslich werden.
