On that day, ten years ago, Carlo Ferrero, founder of the company and a central figure in its birth, growth, and success, passed away. A man who knew how to combine vision, courage, and humanity, leaving an indelible mark not only on the structure of the company, but also on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ten years after his passing, his spirit lives on. Not only in the company’s processes and strategies, but also in the culture that permeates every corner of Osai. The journey after his loss has not been easy. But the determination of those who shared the first steps with him—in particular Mirella Ferrero, his sister and traveling companion from day one—has allowed the company to stay on course.
