starting from Thursday 24 October 2019 the Osai ticket platform dedicated to service requests will be completely renewed to have a faster and more flexible user experience, and enhance the platform design at the same time.

The ticket issuing process will be the same as in the previous version.

For safety reasons, it will be necessary to update the access password, following few easy steps:

  1. Enter Osai’s web site service page:
  2. Select Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to choose a new password
  3. At the end of the process it will be possible to login to your personal area

All past tickets will still be available and will be divided into:

  • Open tickets – activities still under management
  • Solved/closed tickets – read-only archive
