La OSAI A.S. S.p.A., rende noto di aver nominato, nell’ultimo Consiglio di Amministrazione del 18 Aprile scorso, quale nuovo Amministratore Delegato della società, il dott. Graziano Settime.
Settime Graziano, classe 1960, in passato Direttore Generale della ASTM (già Autostrada Torino-Milano S.p.A.) società quotata in borsa dal 2005 al 2015 e Dirigente del Gruppo GAVIO dal 1997, ha ricevuto il mandato dalla proprietà (Azionista di maggioranza – Famiglia Ferrero 85%) nell’ambito del processo di riorganizzazione della Società a seguito dei tragici avvenimenti che nell’Ottobre del 2015 hanno visto la prematura scomparsa del fondatore di OSAI A.S. S.p.A. Carlo Ferrero.
Nelle deleghe conferite al nuovo Amministratore Delegato vi sono quelle operative nell’ambito commerciale rivolte allo sviluppo di nuovi mercati e delle filiali estere oltre che alla direzione tecnologica ed innovazione.
La nomina del nuovo AD rappresenta oggi l’ultimo importante tassello del piano di sviluppo strutturale definito dalla proprietà che ha come obiettivo per il 2018 il raggiungimento di 30 Milioni di euro di fatturato.
La Società rende noto inoltre che all’interno del Consiglio di Amministrazione, oltre agli azionisti della società, sono stati cooptati due nuovi componenti, l’Amministratore Delegato, Graziano Settime e il Direttore Generale, Fabio Benetti, al quale sono stati ampliati i poteri già conferiti nell’Ottobre del 2015 il quale diventa così capo azienda (datore di lavoro).

Cari Colleghi,
inizio il mio mandato di Amministratore Delegato di OSAI A.S. S.p.A. ed il primo desiderio è ringraziare gli Azionisti per la fiducia che mi hanno accordato.
Mi accingo a questo compito non solo con spirito di servizio ma anche con il vivo desiderio di contribuire alla realizzazione – insieme alla famiglia Ferrero – del sogno industriale di Carlo Ferrero, fondatore e guida della OSAI per oltre un ventennio, il quale – troppo giovane – ci ha lasciati.
Il mio impegno sarà quello di completare i progetti avviati, svilupparne di nuovi, preservando – al contempo – il patrimonio di risultati, sia umani sia professionali, fino ad ora acquisiti e che costituiscono lo stilema della OSAI in tutto il mondo. Sono comunque certo di poter contare sulla esperienza e sulla disponibilità di tutti voi. Vi chiedo di aiutarmi segnalando argomenti di discussione, problemi da affrontare, iniziative da attivare, senza mai dimenticare le parole di Carlo secondo cui “… la nostra forza sono le persone”.
OSAI A.S. S.p.A. announces the appointment as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company of Dr. Graziano Settime during the meeting of the Board of Directors on April 18th.
Settime Graziano, born in 1960, has already held the position of General Manager of ASTM (formerly Autostrada Torino-Milano S.p.A.) listed company from 2005 to 2015 and Director of Gruppo GAVIO since 1997, received the appointment by the property (Majority shareholder – Ferrero Family 85%) within the reorganization process of the Company following the tragic events of October 2015 when Carlo Ferrero, the founder of OSAI A.S. S.p.A. prematurely died.
Within the powers conferred to the new Chief Executive Officer there are the operational ones in the development of new markets and foreign branches in addition to the technological and innovation management.
The appointment of the new CEO represents the last important step in the structural development plan defined by the property having as the target for 2018 the reaching of a turnover of 30 million euro.
Furthermore, the Company announces that inside the Governing Board, in addition to the shareholders of the Company, two new components have been co-opted: the Chief Executive Officer, Graziano Settime and the General Manager, Fabio Benetti whose powers, assigned in October 2015, were extended in order to be appointed as Company Manager (Employer).

Dear Colleagues,
I begin my mandate as CEO of OSAI A.S. S.p.A. and my first wish is to thank the Shareholders for the trust they gave me.
I receive now this duty not only with service-oriented behavior but also with the strong wish to contribute to the realization – with the Ferrero family– of the dream of Carlo Ferrero, founder and leader of the OSAI for more than 20 years who left us too soon.
My commitment will be the accomplishment of the projects already under way and the development of new ones, preserving in the meanwhile the heritage of both human and professional results, gained until now that define OSAI distinctive feature worldwide. Nevertheless, I am sure that I can count on the experience and willingness of all of you. I ask you to help me by identifying topics of discussion, issues to be addressed, initiatives to be undertaken, without ever forgetting the words of Carlo according to which “… the people are our strength”.

Settime Graziano, geboren 1960, war zuvor von 2005 bis 2015 tätig als General Manager des börsennotierten Unternehmens ASTM (vormals Autostrada Torino-Milano S.p.A. und seit 1997 Direktor der GAVIO Gruppe. Er wurde von den Eigentümern (Kontrollaktionär Familie Ferrero, 85 % der Anteile) im Rahmen der Unternehmensreorganisation in Folge der tragischen Ereignisse vom Oktober 2015 berufen, als Carlo Ferrero, der Gründer von OSAI A.S. S.p.A., allzu früh verstarb.

Das Unternehmen teilt außerdem mit, dass innerhalb des Governing Board zusätzlich zu den Aktionären des Unternehmens zwei neue Mitglieder kooptiert wurden: Chief Executive Officer Graziano Settime und der General Manager, Fabio Benetti, dessen im Oktober 2015 erteilte Befugnisse erweitert werden, um ihn zum Company Manager (Arbeitgeber) zu bestellen.
