In our more than 30-year entrepreneurial career, OSAI has met challenges and achieved increasingly challenging goals thanks to the contribution of hundreds of suppliers who work with our company every day to provide goods and services that are fundamental to our business. The relationships we have with the supply chain are consolidated and long-lasting, marked by mutual respect, attention to the local territory and the transparency of the commitments undertaken.

To make our commitments clearer and more transparent, during 2023 we undertook an internal process to revise and simplify our general purchasing conditions, which led to the drafting of unified and simplified contractual conditions, which are now published on our website.

These new conditions, which as of today become part of the qualification pathway of the suppliers of the OSAI Group, represent the necessary update of a common growth pathway, which sees OSAI and suppliers all united in facing the future challenges brought not only by global pandemics, geopolitical changes and de-globalization, but also challenges related to the achievement of higher quality and social sustainability standards, in coherence with the qualification of “Società Benefit” that OSAI has adopted in the year 2023.
