La ventesima edizione di Productronica ha delineato uno scenario molto positivo: circa 38.000 visitatori da 83 Paesi diversi, hanno partecipato alla fiera internazionale per la produzione elettronica. Un totale di 1.220 aziende da 39 Paesi hanno presentato le loro innovazioni e soluzioni su 41.242 metri quadrati di area espositiva.
L’Osai Automation Systems ha registrato un elevato numero di visitatori, con progetti concreti a breve e medio termine. Le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate, a dimostrazione del fatto che la piattaforma NEO, sviluppata da Osai A.S. S.p.A., offre soluzioni innovative ed competitive per l’elettronica.
Alla fiera sono state presentate diverse novità, quali il sistema di taglio Laser UV per PCB, capace inoltre di eseguire l’handling delle schede separate per posizionarle in blister, il nuovo dual radial feeder ed il servo-gripper per il sistema di montaggio componenti Odd Shape. Il continuo sviluppo della piattaforma NEO fornisce sistemi interessanti dal punto di vista tecnico-economico, capaci di offrire ai clienti le opportune soluzioni per aumentare la competitività sul mercato.

After four days, the outcome of the 20th Productronica was very positive: about 38,000 visitors from 83 countries participated in the international trade fair for innovative electronics production in Munich. A total of 1,220 companies from 39 countries presented their innovations and solutions on 41,242 square meters of exhibition space.
Osai recorded a large number of visitors and encouragement on the productronica. The expectations were far exceeded. This shows that the Osai A.S. S.p.A. neoseries offer innovative and attractive solutions for the electronics manufacturing.
At the exhibition, new products presented were e.g. a new Laser depaneling system for printed circuit boards with integrated pick-and –place-handling, new radial feeder and a new electric gripper system for Osai A.S. S.p.A. placement systems. This continues the ongoing development of neoseries and provides interesting solutions from a technical as well as from an economic point of view for the already existing and new systems. The great interest and positive feedback is our motivation to pursue the path further and to further expand the product portfolio of the neoseries.

Die 20. Productronica endet nach vier Messetagen mit einem positiven Ergebnis: Rund 38.000 Besucher aus 83 Ländern nahmen an der internationalen Leitmesse für innovative Elektronikfertigung in München teil. Auf 41.242 Quadratmetern Netto-Ausstellungsfläche präsentierten 1.220 Unternehmen aus 39 Ländern ihre Innovationen und Lösungen.
Osai Automation Systems verzeichnete einen großen Besucherandrang und –zuspruch auf der productronica. Die Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Dies zeigt, dass die Osai A.S. S.p.A. neoseries innovative und attraktive Lösungen für die Elektronikfertigung bietet.
Als Messeneuheiten wurden u.a. ein neues Laservereinzelungssystem für Leiterplatten mit integriertem Pick-and-Place-Handling, neue Radial-Feeder und ein neues elektrisches Greifersystem für die Osai A.S. S.p.A. Bestücker vorgestellt. Diese führen die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der neoseries fort und sind sowohl technisch wie auch wirtschaftlich interessante Lösungen für die bereits bestehenden wie auch neuen Systeme. Das große Interesse und positive Feedback ist unser Ansporn, den eingeschlagenen Weg weiter zu verfolgen und das Produktportfolio der neoseries weiter auszubauen.
