L’edizione 2010 della fiera dell’elettronica SMT di Norimberga, tenutasi dall’8 al 10 Giugno, ha permesso all’Osai di collezionare un numero importante di nuovi contatti a livello europeo. In un momento di mercato non ancora stabilizzato per i produttori di schede elettroniche, i sistemi Osai della piattaforma neo hanno riscosso elevato interesse grazie alla loro capacità di fornire prestazioni uniche.
In particolare hanno risposto positivamente sia le aziende che hanno la volontà di portare innovazione mediante nuove tecnologie (vedi laser depaneling e saldatura laser), sia quelle realtà che desiderano investire per mantenere i processi produttivi in Europa (montaggio di componenti odd-shape e marcatura laser).
L’interessante affluenza, unita alla qualità dei contatti ottenuti dalla fiera SMT, permette ad Osai di guardare al futuro con grande ottimismo, prevedendo una seconda metà del 2010 di sicura crescita anche per quanto riguarda il mercato del nord Europa.
Durante la fiera SMT è stata inoltre presentata da Osai il nuovo sistema di montaggio di componenti odd-shape neoplace 304 modula. Grazie ai motori lineari con righe ottiche assicura alte velocità di montaggio e precisioni di posizionamento impensabili precedentemente. I visitatori che hanno raggiunto lo stand Osai, sono stati positivamente impressionati dal sistema neoplace 304 modula soprattutto per la sua facilità di utilizzo che, unita alla rapidità di set-up, la rendono molto simile ad un sistema di montaggio componenti SMD.
Dopo Productronica 2009, anche la fiera SMT 2010 di Norimberga ha permesso ad Osai di farsi conoscere come partner internazionale, indispensabile per tutte le realtà decise a ricoprire un ruolo principale nel settore degli assemblaggi elettronici
The 2010 edition of the SMT electronics trade fair in Nuremberg, held on 8 to 10 June, enabled Osai to collect a large number of new contacts throughout Europe. At a time when the market for manufacturers of electronic boards has not yet stabilised, the Osai Neo platform systems attracted a high level of interest, because of their capacity to supply some unique features.
Positive responses were received in particular both from companies wanting to introduce innovation through new technologies (see laser depaneling and laser welding) and those that want to invest in order to maintain their production processes in Europe (odd-shape components assembly and laser marking).
The high attendance combined with the quality of the contacts obtained at the SMT trade fair, mean that Osai can look to the future with great optimism, forecasting, for the second half of 2010, a period of secure growth as regards the North European market as well.
During the SMT fair, Osai also presented its new neoplace 304 modula odd-shape component assembly system. Using linear motors with optical scales, this ensures high-speed assembly and precision positioning – features that were unthinkable before. Visitors to the Osai stand reacted positively to the neoplace 304 modula system, especially because of its ease of use that, together with its rapid set-up speed, make it very similar to a SMD component assembly system.
Following on from Productronica 2009 the Nuremberg SMT 2010 trade fair, too, enabled Osai to get itself known as an international partner, essential for all those businesses that are determined to fulfil a leading role in the electronic assemblies sector.
Die Elektronikmesse SMT 2010, die vom 8. bis zum 10 Juni stattfand, hat es Osai ermöglicht, eine große Anzahl von neuen internationalen Kontakten zu knüpfen. In dem noch nicht ganz stabilisierten Markt der Elektronik- und Leiterplattenindustrie haben die Osai-Systeme der Neo-Plattform dank der großen Leistungsfähigkeit ein hohes Interesse geweckt.
Messebesucher waren insbesondere Unternehmen, die entweder Innovation durch neue Technologien schaffen wollen (z.B. Laser-Depaneling oder selektives Laserlöten) oder Unternehmen, die zum Erhalt von Produktionsprozessen in Europa, in Automatisierungen investieren möchten (Montage von Odd-Shape-Komponenten, Laserbeschriften, etc.).
Der gute Besucherstrom sowie die Qualität der Kontakte auf der SMT erlauben es Osai, mit großem Optimismus in die Zukunft zu schauen und für die zweite Hälfte von 2010 ein sicheres Wachstum auch für den nordeuropäischen Markt zu prognostizieren.
Ein Highlight auf dem Messestand von Osai war die Präsentation des neuen Bestückers neoplace 304 modula. Ein System zur THT-Montage und zur Montage von Odd-Shape-Komponenten. Dank der auf einer Granitbasis aufgebauten Linearmotoren mit optischen Linearmaßstäben werden sehr hohe Montagegeschwindigkeiten und eine hohe Positionierungsgenauigkeit erreicht. Die Besucher am Stand von Osai waren positiv beeindruckt vom System neoplace 304 modula. Vor allem die einfache Bedienung und die Möglichkeit des einfachen und schnellen Umrüstens haben die Besucher überzeugt. Das Grundkonzept ist ähnlich dem eines SMD-Bestückers.
