Per Osai A.S. S.p.A. il rispetto per l’ambiente ha sempre rappresentato una priorità.Uno dei valori più rappresentativi per l’azienda, infatti, è proprio quello relativo alla creazione ed al mantenimento di un ambiente di lavoro salutare, confortevole e accogliente; ed è proprio per perseguire questi valori che la nostra azienda ha deciso di impegnarsi nel controllo e nella gestione del suo impatto ambientale, al fine di continuare ad essere per il Canavese e la sua popolazione una fonte di ricchezza e valori.
Per mantenere questo impegno, la Direzione dell’Azienda ha scelto di dotarsi di un Sistema di Gestione Ambientale (SGA) che garantisca la prevenzione dell’inquinamento ricercando il miglioramento continuo delle proprie prestazioni ambientali e, alla fine del 2017, ha trovato conclusione un progetto, avviato nel 2016, legato al fotovoltaico ed alla produzione di energia pulita.
Da settembre 2017 l’azienda può così vantare la messa in funzione di 3 impianti fotovoltaici localizzati rispettivamente su tre edifici principali che compongono lo stabilimento della Osai A.S. S.p.A. di Parella, i quali garantiscono una potenza complessiva installata pari a 220 kWp.
Gli obiettivi principali di questo investimento sono:
- – produrre energia pulita
- – autoconsumare l’energia autoprodotta riducendo i consumi derivanti dalla rete elettrica tradizionale
- – raggiungere l’indipendenza energetica nelle nuove aree produttive
- – sostituire i tradizionali impianti termici (gas metano) con quelli più efficienti a pompa di calore (elettrici).
Durante questi primi 6 mesi di attività, il parco fotovoltaico ha prodotto in totale 133 MWh di energia pulita ed evitato emissioni per oltre 52 tonnellate di CO2, l’equivalente di 175 alberi, con una percentuale di energia media autoconsumata pari al 70%.
Per questo progetto così importante Osai si è affidata ad un partner tutto italiano, la società Etica nel Sole che ha progettato realizzato ed installato l’intero parco fotovoltaico in Osai A.S..
La collaborazione con Etica nel Sole ha permesso ad OSAI A.S. di raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati nei tempi pattuiti e con un livello di rendimento atteso superiore a quanto inizialmente stimato.
Lavorare con le persone di Etica nel Sole è stata inoltre un’esperienza piacevole a livello umano vista la condivisione di importanti valori che accomunano le due società in particolare nell’approccio al lavoro ed alla valorizzazione delle persone.

To respect its promise our leadership decided to adopt a SGA (Sistema di Gestione Ambientale) to reach a good pollution prevention’s level, and in 2016 the Company started to be in part energetically independent, thanks to an important project launched in 2016.
Osai’s goal it’s about produce green energy, drain produced power inside our plant and place on national energy market exceeding energy.
Starting from September 2017 Osai has 3 photovoltaic systems, settled on OSAI’s three main buildings, that guarantee an overall power of 220 kWp.
There are four main aims for this investment:
- – Green energy production.
- – Self-consumption of auto-produced energy, reducing consumption’s level of traditional electrical power.
- – To reach energy independence in new production areas.
- – Replace traditional thermal plants (methane gas) with more efficient systems as heat pumps (electrical).
During these six months our system produced 133,43 MWh of energy and saved 52K CO2’s Kg emissions, the equivalent of 175 trees planted.
The whole project has been guided by Etica nel Sole, our Italian partner that planned and implemented the photovoltaic system in OSAI A.S..
This collaboration allowed OSAI A.S. to achieve the goals set in time with an high level of performance.

Um dieser Verpflichtung nachzukommen, hat sich die Unternehmensleitung für das Einführen eines Umweltmanagementsystems entschieden, das die Vermeidung von Umweltverschmutzung durch Streben nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der eigenen Umweltleistungen gewährleisten soll. In diesem Zusammenhang fand Ende 2017 ein Projekt seinen Abschluss, das 2016 gestartet worden war und die Nutzung der Photovoltaik zum Produzieren von sauberer Energie zum Ziel hatte.
Seit September 2017 hat das Unternehmen nun 3 Photovoltaikanlagen in Betrieb genommen, die sich jeweils auf den drei Hauptgebäuden befinden, aus denen sich die Betriebsanlage der Osai A.S. S.p.A. in Parella zusammensetzt, und die eine installierte Gesamtleistung von 220 kWp gewährleisten.
Die Hauptziele dieser Investition sind:
- – das Produzieren von sauberer Energie
- – das Selbstverbrauchen der selbstproduzierten Energie und damit das Reduzieren des Stromverbrauchs aus dem herkömmlichen Stromnetz
- – das Erreichen der Energieunabhängigkeit der neuen Produktionsflächen
- – das Ersetzen der herkömmlichen Heizungsanlagen (Erdgas) durch die mit den viel effizienteren, elektrisch betriebenen Wärmepumpen.
In den ersten 6 Monaten ihres Betriebs hat die Photovoltaikanlage insgesamt 133 MWh saubere Energie produziert und damit einen Ausstoß von 52 Tonnen CO2 verhindert, soviel wie 175 Bäume binden würden, und was mit einer selbstverbrauchten durchschnittlichen Energiemenge von 70% einherging.
Für dieses so wichtige Projekt hatte sich Osai vertrauensvoll an die italienische Firma Etica nel Sole gewandt, welche die gesamte Photovoltaikanlage für Osai A.S. entworfen, gebaut und installiert hat.
Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Etica nel Sole konnte OSAI A.S. seine Ziele innerhalb der vereinbarten Zeit erreichen und das sogar mit einem höheren Ertragsniveau als erwartet und ursprünglich geschätzt.
Das Arbeiten mit den Fachleuten von Etica nel Sole war zudem eine angenehme Erfahrung auf menschlicher Ebene, da beide Unternehmen die gleichen, wichtigen Werte teilen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Herangehensweise an die Arbeit und die Wertschätzung der involvierten Personen.
