Osai A.S. S.p.A. announces that following the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 26 April 2020, the Company has completely resumed production activities inside Parella headquarter.
To better manage PHASE 2 of coexistence with the virus, very strict prevention and containment protocols have been adopted in order to guarantee, first of all, the health and safety of its employees and their families, by standardizing their procedures to what has been proposed by the best public and private health institutions, regarding prevention and protection from infection.
As a further measure for prevention, main business and activity processes have been organized into homogeneous, autonomous, distinct and recognizable groups in order to trace any contagions and minimize the impact on production activities and guarantee their continuity. Similarly, activities in smartworking mode has been maintained, involving 50% of our staff.
We also confirm the total fulfillment of existing orders according to the schedules and delivery times communicated. No slowdowns are expected in the supply chain, therefore production activities can continue without slowdowns.
For technical assistance activities to customers, Osai wants to guarantee that every operation throughout the national territory is confirmed with on-site interventions by OSAI technicians and specialists. For EU and extra EU countries, in addition to the operating staff operating inside each branches, customer support is guaranteed through remote assistance systems and augmented reality. Although the end of the emergency has not arrived yet, OSAI A.S. S.p.A. wants to thank every customer for the preference and trust shown even in this period of extreme difficulty and uncertainty.
