È stata una giornata ricca di iniziative quella di Martedì 30 Ottobre all’Officina H di Ivrea, che ha visto susseguirsi due importanti eventi organizzati da Confindustria Canavese: l’evento ‘‘Mettiamoci in gioco’’, assemblea annuale dell’ente e ‘‘Wooooow, io e il mio futuro..’’ incontro dedicato all’orientamento lavorativo per i ragazzi delle quarte e quinte superiori.
Dalle ore 10 alle 12:30, il programma dell’assemblea pubblica ha visto susseguirsi sul palco numerosi ospiti: Fabrizio Gea (Past President Confindustria Canavese), Vincenzo Boccia (Presidente Confindustria), Arrigo Sacchi (Dirigente Sportivo) che ha portato il suo contributo spiegando attraverso esempi e metafore sportive l’importanza del lavoro di squadra nella vita di tutti i giorni, Massimo Temporelli (Fisico ed Imprenditore – Fondatore di FabLab) che ha invitato gli ospiti a comprendere la necessità di creare il futuro grazie ai giovani, elemento imprescindibile per fare innovazione, ma senza mai perdere l’appiglio che ci tiene legati alla tradizione.
Infine, con il suo stimolante intervento, Patrizia Paglia (Presidente Confindustria Canavese) ha sottolineato quanto sia fondamentale per il nostro territorio mettere sempre l’impresa al centro; orgogliosa degli alti tassi di crescita della regione del Canavese, grazie a realtà che sono punte di diamante a livello internazionale, ha comunque voluto trasmettere ai presenti l’importanza di mettersi in gioco e continuare a fare impresa. Fra queste punte di diamante anche Osai rappresenta un esempio di eccellenza sul territorio, con un export che supera l’85% del fatturato. Per la neo-eletta presidente l’obiettivo di Confindustria Canavese è quello di soddisfare i bisogni delle imprese del territorio, a cui è importante dare fiducia. Rivolgendosi poi ai numerosi studenti presenti ha chiesto loro di ricordare l’importanza dell’equilibrio fra diritti e doveri, perché saranno proprio questi ultimi a spingerli a fare sempre meglio.
Proprio ai giovani spettatori è stato invece dedicato l’evento di orientamento al lavoro, a cui anche Osai ha partecipato con il proprio stand, a dimostrazione della fiducia ed interesse che ripone nelle nuove generazioni.
I ragazzi hanno potuto conoscere la realtà Osai grazie ai video di presentazione proiettati ed al materiale informativo presente presso l’area a noi dedicata.
Altissimo inoltre l’interesse per la postazione riservata al progetto ADIR, per molti di loro simbolo di un mondo di innovazioni tutte da scoprire: ADIR, infatti, grazie all’ausilio delle tecnologie più all’avanguardia, fra cui innovativi processi Laser Osai, vuole realizzare un sistema di riciclaggio dei metalli di valore, recuperandoli da dispositivi elettronici ormai in disuso. Un progetto che guarda al futuro, per la salvaguardia del mondo che lasceremo proprio alle nuove generazioni.
It was a day full of initiatives on Tuesday, October 30th at Officine H in Ivrea, where two important events organized by Confindustria Canavese take part: the event ”Mettiamoci in gioco” and the annual meeting of Confindustria and ” Wooooow, io e il mio futuro .. ” meeting dedicated to job orientation for high school students.
From 10 am to 12.30 pm, the program of the public assembly introduced many guests on the stage: Fabrizio Gea (Past President of Confindustria Canavese), Vincenzo Boccia (Confindustria President), Arrigo Sacchi (Sports Director) who brought his contribution explaining through sports examples and metaphors the importance of teamwork in everyday life, Massimo Temporelli (Physicist and Entrepreneur – Founder of FabLab) who invited guests to understand the need to create the future thanks to young people, an essential element to make innovation, but without ever losing the hold that keeps us tied to tradition.
Finally, with his stimulating intervention, Patrizia Paglia (President of Confindustria Canavese) pointed up how essential it is for our territory to always put the company at the center; proud of the high growth rates of the Canavese region, thanks to realities that are recognised at international level, she pointed out the importance to continuing to do business. Among these realities also Osai represents an example of excellence in the territory, with an export that exceeds 85% of turnover. For the newly elected president, the objective of Confindustria Canavese is to satisfy the needs of local businesses, which it is important to trust. Then she asked to students to remember the importance of the balance between rights and duties, because they will be the ones to push them to do better and better.
The job orientation event was dedicated to young viewers, to which Osai also participated with its own stand, demonstrating the trust and interest it has in the new generations.
The young students has been able to get to know the Osai reality thanks to the presentation videos shown and the information material present in the area dedicated to us.
Great interest also for the ADIR project station, for many of them a symbol of a world of innovations to be discovered: ADIR, in fact, thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies, including innovative Osai Laser processes, wants to create a recycling system for valuable metals, recovering them from disused electronic devices. A project that looks to the future, to safeguard the world that we will leave to the new generations.
Dienstag, 30. Oktober, war ein ereignisreicher Tag in den Officine H in Ivrea, wo zwei wichtige, von Confindustria Canavese organisierte Veranstaltungen stattfanden: Der Event ”Mettiamoci in gioco” und das jährliche Meeting von Confindustria und ”Wooooow, ich und meine Zukunft…, ein Treffen zur beruflichen Orientierung für Schüler von höheren Schulen.
Von 10 Uhr bis 12:30 Uhr brachte das Programm der öffentlichen Versammlung viele Gäste auf die Bühne: Fabrizio Gea (ehemaliger Präsident von Confindustria Canavese), Vincenzo Boccia (Präsident von Confindustria), Arrigo Sacchi (Sportdirektor), der anhand von Sportbeispielen und Metaphern die Bedeutung der Teamarbeit im täglichen Leben erläuterte, Massimo Temporelli (Physiker und Unternehmer – Gründer von FabLab), der die Gäste dazu einlud, die Notwendigkeit zu verstehen, die Zukunft dank junger Menschen zu gestalten, ein wesentliches Element für Innovationen, aber ohne jemals den Halt zu verlieren, der uns an die Tradition bindet.
Last, but not least, wies Patrizia Paglia (Präsidentin von Confindustria Canavese) darauf hin, wie wichtig es für unser Gebiet ist, das Unternehmen immer in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen; stolz auf die hohen Wachstumsraten der Region Canavese, dank international anerkannter Unternehmen, hob sie die Bedeutung der weiteren Geschäftstätigkeit hervor. Unter diesen Unternehmen ist auch Osai ein Beispiel für herausragende Leistungen in der Region, wobei der Export 85% des Umsatzes übersteigt. Für die neu gewählte Präsidentin ist es das Ziel von Confindustria Canavese, die Bedürfnisse lokaler Unternehmen zu befriedigen, denen man vertrauen muss. Dann bat sie die Schüler, sich an die Bedeutung des Gleichgewichts zwischen Rechten und Pflichten zu erinnern, denn sie werden diejenigen sein, die sie dazu bringen, immer besser zu werden.
Die Berufsorientierung war jungen Zuschauern gewidmet, an der Osai auch mit einem eigenen Stand teilnahm und das Vertrauen und Interesse an den neuen Generationen unter Beweis stellte.
Dank der gezeigten Präsentationsvideos und des Informationsmaterials in dem uns gewidmeten Bereich konnten die jungen Schüler das Unternehmen Osai kennenlernen.
Großes Interesse auch an der ADIR-Projektstation, für viele von ihnen ein Symbol für eine Welt voller Innovationen, die es zu entdecken gilt: So möchte ADIR dank des Einsatzes modernster Technologien, darunter innovativer Osai-Laserprozesse, ein Recyclingsystem für wertvolle Metalle schaffen, um diese aus elektronischen Altgeräten zu gewinnen. Ein zukunftsweisendes Projekt zur Sicherung der Welt, die wir den neuen Generationen überlassen werden.
