Il prossimo Martedì 30 Ottobre, dalle ore 13 alle ore 17, Osai A.S. sarà presente all’evento “Wooooow! Io e il Mio Futuro…“, iniziativa di orientamento dedicata ai più giovani, che avrà luogo presso l’Officina H di Ivrea; promossa dal Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori, l’incontro nasce con l’obiettivo di mettere in relazione le aziende con i potenziali candidati del futuro, che presto avranno accesso al mondo del lavoro.
Osai sarà presente con uno spazio totalmente dedicato all’azienda, dove i ragazzi delle scuole superiori e i neo diplomati potranno avvicinarsi ad una realtà giovane e dinamica come la nostra: due dei nostri collaboratori saranno disponibili per rispondere alle curiosità dei partecipanti e raccogliere eventuali candidature di questi ultimi.
Da sempre attenta alle più recenti tematiche di innovazione e ricerca legate a processi e prodotti, Osai riserva altrettanta cura alla selezione di collaboratori formati e competenti, con particolare riguardo verso i giovani diplomati e laureati che spesso trascorrono periodi anche di stage o alternanza scuola lavoro presso i nostri stabilimenti produttivi.
Nella mattinata della stessa giornata si svolgerà anche l’evento dal titolo “METTIAMOCI IN GIOCO”, Assemblea Pubblica 2018, organizzata da Confindustria Canavese, rivolto alle Aziende locali e ai referenti degli Enti pubblici e privati del territorio; l’assemblea sarà aperta anche agli studenti delle scuole superiori e costituirà un’occasione per prendere in esame la complessa interazione tra l’uomo e la tecnologia, diventata oggi una componente fondamentale e indispensabile sia nella vita quotidiana sia nel modo di fare impresa. Nel corso dell’assemblea interverranno personalità di spicco quali: Vincenzo Boccia (presidente Confindustria nazionale), Arrigo Sacchi (noto allenatore di calcio) e Massimo Temporelli (co-founder di The FabLab).
Vi invitiamo a partecipare numerosi, nella speranza di far conoscere anche ai più giovani la realtà imprenditoriale del Canavese, ad oggi sempre più proiettata verso un futuro in crescita.
Next Tuesday 30 October, from 1pm to 5pm, Osai A.S. will take art to “Wooooow! Io e il Mio Futuro… “, an orientation initiative dedicated to young guys, that will take place at Officine H in Ivrea; promoted by Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori, the meeting has been created with the aim of connecting companies with potential future candidates, who will soon have access to the world of work.
Osai will be present with a space totally dedicated to the company, where high school students and new graduates will be able to approach a young and dynamic reality like ours: two of our collaborators will be available to answer to every question of participants and collect their work profiles.
Always attentive to the most recent issues of innovation and research related to processes and products, Osai pays as much attention to the selection of trained and competent collaborators, with particular regard to young graduates, who spend periods ,including internships or alternating school work, at our production facilities.
During the morning of the same day another event entitled “METTIAMOCI IN GIOCO”, Public Assembly 2018, will take place at Officine H; organized by Confindustria Canavese; the assembly will also be open to high school students and will be an opportunity to examine the complex interaction between man and technology, which has become a fundamental and indispensable component both in everyday life and in the way of doing business. During the meeting important personalities will intervene such as: Vincenzo Boccia (president of Confindustria), Arrigo Sacchi (football coach) and Massimo Temporelli (co-founder of The FabLab).
We invite you to participate in large numbers, hoping to make even the youngest people aware of the Canavese entrepreneurial reality, which is now increasingly projected towards a growing future.
Am nächsten Dienstag, 30. Oktober, wird Osai A.S. von 13 Uhr bis 17 Uhr an „Wooooow! Ich und meine Zukunft… “, einer Orientierungsinitiative für junge Leute, die in den Officine H in Ivrea stattfinden wird, teilnehmen; das von Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori geförderte Meeting wurde mit dem Ziel ins Leben gerufen, Unternehmen mit potenziellen zukünftigen Bewerbern zu verbinden, die bald Zugang zur Arbeitswelt haben werden.
Osai wird mit einem Bereich, der ganz dem Unternehmen gewidmet ist, wo Schüler von höheren Schulen und Schulabgänger sich einem jungen und dynamischen Unternehmen wie dem unseren nähern können: Zwei unserer Mitarbeiter werden zur Verfügung stehen, um alle Fragen der Teilnehmer zu beantworten und ihre Arbeitsprofile zu sammeln.
Stets aufmerksam auf die neuesten Fragen der Innovation und Forschung im Zusammenhang mit Prozessen und Produkten, achtet Osai ebenso auf die Auswahl geschulter und kompetenter Mitarbeiter unter besonderer Berücksichtigung von Schulabgängern, die in unseren Produktionsstätten z.B. ein Praktikum absolvieren oder abwechselnd Zeit in der Schule und hier verbringen.
Am Vormittag desselben Tages wird eine weitere Veranstaltung mit dem Titel “METTIAMOCI IN GIOCO”, Öffentliche Versammlung 2018, bei Officine H stattfinden. Organisiert von Confindustria Canavese, steht die Versammlung auch Schülern von höheren Schulen offen und bietet eine Gelegenheit, die komplexe Interaktion zwischen Mensch und Technologie zu untersuchen, die eine wesentliche Komponente sowohl im Alltag als auch im Geschäftsleben geworden ist. Während des Treffens werden wichtige Persönlichkeit zu Wort kommen. So z.B.: Vincenzo Boccia (Präsident von Confindustria), Arrigo Sacchi (Fußballtrainer) und Massimo Temporelli (Mitgründer des The FabLab).
Wir laden Sie dazu ein, zahlreich teilzunehmen, in der Hoffnung, auch die jüngsten Menschen auf die unternehmerische Realität von Canavese aufmerksam zu machen, die heute zunehmend auf eine wachsende Zukunft ausgerichtet ist.
