Laser Marking for Mid-Large PCBs
NeoMark Twin is the solution for those seeking a marking system with a large working area and production flexibility. Its mechanical structure allows marking on measurement boards up to 480x480mm.
The various Laser sources (CO2, green, or fiber) enable direct marking on the solder mask of the board or on metallic and plastic components. The integrated smart CAM goes beyond simple fiducial reading, allowing for quality control of marked DM codes and recognizing the potential presence of “bad marks” on panel circuits, so the system can skip them during marking.
Creating work recipes – marking programs – is simple and intuitive, thanks to the NC2 software developed in-house. Additionally, for customers who already have a MES – Manufacturing Execution System in place, our software can be customized to enable direct communication between the two systems (marking machine and MES), automatically obtaining serial numbers for marking on products without any operator intervention.
