HISTORY
Founded in 1991 by Carlo Ferrero, Osai Automation Systems S.p.A. Società Benefit operates in the field of the automation for industrial processes.
The solutions offered by OSAI are based on standard systems or on special machines for assembly and testing of high-tech components for the semiconductor industry, the automotive industry, electronics manufacturing, medical devices industry and the growing market of circular economy.
Each system is manufactured for the specific customer applications and features the latest technologies, such as vision systems, Laser systems, and AI.
In addition to the 4 plants in Italy, OSAI has 3 branches located in Germany, China and the United States of America and over 40 commercial partners or resale and assistance, able to guarantee rapid and efficient global support.
In 2022, Osai Automation System set up Osai Green Tech Società Benefit S.r.l., a new company whose mission is to bring industrial automation to the world of recycling. Currently the Group relies on 250 employees, an export level of over 81%, and 6.500 m2 of total production areas.
SOLUTIONS
Osai A.S. S.p.A. SB divides its experience in the field of industrial automation into three business lines that include products and services:
Standard Systems, products designed on a standard platform, developed to meet the needs of different markets for a wide range of customers. All the products of the Neo family are part of these systems.
Custom systems, i.e. unique, tailor-made systems, designed to meet the specific needs of a small number of customers or even just one of them, made to set requirements and in areas or sectors in strong growth and development. To meet complex needs, Osai can integrate, in its standard systems, custom automation systems developed specifically for the customer as well as integrating third-party systems, providing the customer with a turnkey solution and a single point of contact.
Services, such as those related to after-sales (rental, spare parts, technical assistance, training, revamping, refurbishing, etc.) but also ancillary or advanced services such as end-of-life management and, in perspective, data management, servitization and consultancy in the field of product and process eco-design to make sustainability an element that accompanies the life of the product.
