All BIBs are inspected by an advanced vision system before and after the Burn-In test and switched on by the tester on board to check the functionality of all the sites.

The technology can inspect the entire BIB to detectDUT, socket, BIB IDs, socket condition and matchwith the BI maps.

The system intervenes automatically, if necessary, with configurable recovery action, to send Burn-In test BIBs
