Controlled Enviroment Laser Welding Station

Laser Welding Glovebox is a Class 1 Laser processing system designed for hermetic welding of metal components in a controlled environment.

The system, tailor-made for the assembly of implantable medical devices, and sensitive electronic devices, can be customized with specific tooling and used whenever the process must be performed in an environment where the humidity, pressure and composition of the gases are controlled.

The operator can handle the parts, load, and unload them from the side pressurized chamber by accessing them using the integrated gloves. The accurate CNC-controlled axis system allows the Laser to perform welds even in complex paths. An internal light barrier safeguards the operator from the area where the axes are in motion when accessed.
