Assistance Intervention and Replacement Part Requests

To guarantee fast processing of Assistance Requests and to provide our staff with all of the information needed to deal with these requests correctly and without any unnecessary delays, we have prepared a special form that can be downloaded from this page, to complete and send to the contacts listed, either by fax or email.
The Technical Assistance Service can receive customer requests through different communications channels, which means customers have maximum flexibility and easy access.

  • from Monday to Friday
  • from 8:30 to 12:30
  • from 14:00 to17:30 (not available on Sundays or public holidays)

Our technical staff need to be provided with all of the necessary information such as, the type of system, serial number, the problem, etc. Please be sure to have all of the necessary details at hand before contacting our Assistance Service.
To speed up the process, we recommend that you send in the completed Assistance request form (available on this page), either by email or fax.

Requests can only be processed if sent using the Assistance Request form (available on this page), duly completed and signed.We cannot process assistance requests that are submitted in any way other than using the relevant forms or sent/notified to addresses/numbers other than those provided.
